About the Game
Frog Bath is a platformer/shooter hybrid with an emphasis on fun. flexible, and froggy movement. The game takes place inside of a froggy kingdom obsessed with bathing, where the players play as cute, silly frogs. Their Frog King requires a bath, and players compete to bathe him first. Players use not only their frog legs to jump around but also their stretchy tongue to grapple around the map and stun other players to prevent them from winning.

My Role
Producer
Along with planning all of the meetings I also facilitate meetings such as the Sprint Planning meetings we have with all of the Leads, our Daily Scrum meetings, and a check-in meeting we have weekly with the entire team. I also facilitate sprint retrospective and sprint review meetings.
Facilitate Meetings
Maintaining a Product Backlog with a co-producer and Product Owner
Along with my Co-Producer and Product Owner, I maintain the team's Product Backlog. I make sure that the Product Backlog stays clean as well as assist in creating new Sprints for the team along with User Stories and tasks.
The very first thing that I did when I was onboarded to work on Frog Bath was to look at the entires team schedules (12 people total). I looked for a meeting time for all 12 of us to meet as well as looked for meetings for the Level Designers, System Designers, Artists and Programmers on the team. I am in charge of managing the entire team's schedules whether that means creating new ones or canceling meetings.
Plan Meetings
Communicating and Manageing a Large Team
I was one of two producers who managed a team of 12 developers. Some of my responsibilities included: facilitating meetings, managing the Product Backlog, monitoring communication with the team, apply Agile project management practices. I help ensure that the team communicates properly to facilitate Daily scrum meetings so that everyone on the team knows what each other are doing.
